ACSA Steel Competition

The ACSA has an annual competition focusing on the innovative use of steel in buildings. The program called for an aquatic center in a residential neighborhood. The design responds sensitively to that residential setting by lifting the plane of the site and slipping the aquatic center under the tilt. A communal field remains in the cul-de-sac site providing visitors and locals with an open space to enjoy. [collaborative project]
